After setting up labels, they should automatically appear on your websites. However, in some customized themes, they won’t be able to show. In that case, if you know some code basics, you can follow these steps to make the app work properly:

1. Go to Shopify Admin -> Online Store -> Themes -> Edit code: to open the code modification page.

2. For home page and collection page:

  • You need to edit files on Sections or Snippets of product on collection or search page. These files are normally named: product-card-grid.liquid, product-card-list.liquid, product-loop.liquid, product-item.liquid, product-grid-list.liquid, snippet-product-item.liquid, product-block.liquid, collection.liquid
  • Open those files and search for the code begins with HTML tag <a> and contains product.url character. Insert the code below into that line (See screenshot)
  • <div class="zensl-collection"></div>
  • Or you can add class zensl-collection to that HTML tag <a> directly (See screenshot)

3. For search page:

  • Open the Templates/search.liquid file and also look for the code starting with HTML tag <a> and containing the characters item.url, then insert the code below into that line (See screenshot):
  • <div class="zensl-collection"></div>
  • Or you can add class zensl-collection to that HTML tag <a> directly (See screenshot)

4. For product page:

  • Open the files Templates/product.liquid or Sections/product-template.liquid, find the code starting with the HTML tag <img> and containing your main product image, and insert the code below above or below that code (See screenshot):
  • <div class="zensl-product"></div>
  • Or you can add class zensl-product to the HTML tag which wraps the HTML tag <img> of your main product image directly (See screenshot)

Note: If you have inserted the above code we provided but the label still does not display or causes errors that breaks the interface of your website, please delete the code you added and do not hesitate to drop us an email to support@zenithify.com.
